Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services. This is in our legitimate interests, and is a step you ask us to take before working together. We use website data to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the site and handle email: our website form and email tools, and analytics. Our testimonials are shown using Senja, and the site loads fonts from Google, so those providers may receive your IP address when a page loads. Our team works from India, so your enquiry may be handled there. We use appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: 36 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time. Content from third parties on our pages, such as testimonials, may set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Client files
This policy covers this website only. When we work on a client's files we work inside their systems on their instructions, and their own privacy notice applies.
